- Training Trainers
Active learning creates challenging and complex situations in multi-agency and children’s services work. This training devises 'enactments' very close to the sort of challenges faced by workers in their daily practice. This can be in large seminar formats or for more intense scrutiny of skills, small workshops. Participants scrutinise their practice within a set structure. This form of learning is highly valued by those who attend. Many professionals in child protection want and need to practice skills to complement research and theory.
